More Accurate, more languages and webinars need a plan. If you also have a plan, your monthly points and your purchased points sit in one balance.

Points per minute for one language: Accurate 1 (3 with live translation updates); Most accurate 3 (5 with live translation updates); dictation 0.5. 30 minutes at Accurate without live translation updates uses 30 points.

On Meeting Pro, each target language is billed separately: a 30-minute session into two languages uses 60 points. On a Webinar, broadcast minutes cover the first translated language and each further one uses 3 points a minute (5 with Partial Text): a 30-minute webinar into two languages uses 30 broadcast minutes and 90 points (150 with Partial Text). An Event Pass you start with covers the extra languages instead.

Yes. Sign in with the account you use in Zoom. Packs bought here work in the Zoom app and on iPhone and iPad. Your Zoom subscription itself is managed in the Zoom Marketplace.

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and stay active until the end of the paid period. Purchases made on our website are refunded on request within 14 days, for points you have not used. App Store purchases follow Apple's refund rules, and Zoom App Marketplace purchases follow Zoom's.
