For meetings, More Accurate and more languages require a Meeting subscription. Event Passes are separate one-time purchases and do not require a subscription. If you also have a plan, your monthly minutes and your purchased minutes sit in one balance.
Every live translation quality mode (Instant, Accurate and Most accurate) counts the time you speak, however many languages a Meeting plan adds. Dictation without translation uses 0.5 min per minute.
On Meeting Pro, extra languages cost nothing extra: a 30-minute session into two languages uses 30 minutes. Event Pass prices include the languages shown for that pass, with no extra language charge within those limits.

Yes. Sign in with the account you use in Zoom. Packs bought here work in the Zoom app and on iPhone and iPad. Your Zoom subscription itself is managed in the Zoom Marketplace.
New accounts start with a free 3-day Meeting trial, with no card needed. When it ends, you can keep translating with purchased minutes or subscribe. Your trial eligibility and the amount due are shown before checkout. Manage cancellation with the provider shown in Account › Billing.
Separately, new accounts can rehearse an event for a total of up to 15 minutes within their first 3 days: 1 host, 3 listeners and 2 target languages, with 10 Ask AI questions and 1 summary shared across the rehearsal allowance. Paid packs are never applied automatically.

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and stay active until the end of the paid period. Purchases made on our website are refunded on request within 14 days, for minutes you have not used. App Store purchases follow Apple's refund rules, and Zoom App Marketplace purchases follow Zoom's.
