Here's what changed in your account this month.

  • A guided walkthrough on your first visit. Your account home now offers two clear starting points — "Plan an event" or "Set up a glossary" — with step-by-step tooltips the whole way through.
  • Manage glossaries from the web. Create, edit, import and export your glossaries right from your account, without opening the Zoom app.
  • A faster way to get help. From your account home, jump straight to What's new, How-to guides, or the FAQ. When you contact us, we already know which page you were on, so you don't have to explain it twice.
  • We're continuing to build out the account console: clearer event setup, more visibility into what an event will cost, and a better events list are all on the way.
