How points work
Translation, transcription, and document features in QolSync AI are measured in points. Here is what a point is, where your points come from, and what happens to them.
What a point is
A point is the unit QolSync AI uses to measure what you use. One point covers one minute of two-way conversation. More accurate translation modes use more points per minute, and translating into several languages at once uses more points. Points are a service credit, not money: they have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
What points cover
- An hour of two-way conversation uses 60 points.
- An hour of transcription uses 120 points.
- You are charged for what a session actually uses, not for an estimate.
Monthly points
A paid plan gives each user a set number of points at the start of every billing period; the Pricing page shows how many each plan includes. Monthly points expire at the end of the period and do not carry over. Annual plans also receive their points month by month.
Purchased points
You can buy more points whenever you need them. Purchased points never expire, and they stay on your account even after a subscription ends. They belong to the whole account, and monthly points are always used first. If you delete your account, unused points are lost.
Checking your balance
In the iOS app, open Settings, then Plan, to see the points you have available, what is left from this month, and your purchased points. On the web, sign in and open Usage in your account.
Refunds
Refunds depend on where you bought. Apple handles purchases made in the iOS app. We refund purchases made on our website for points you have not used, if you ask within 14 days. Zoom handles subscriptions bought through the Zoom App Marketplace. Monthly plan points are not refundable on their own.
